Please adhere to the deadlines as it is vigorous for better arrangement. Both Presenters and Non-Presenters are required to register and pay their registration fee by March 31st, 2019.
We acknowledge on a first come first serve basis as limited seats available. Please mark your calendar with the dates of importance and plan so that your activities take place well before deadlines in order to avoid unexpected work, technical problems, in case you need assistance, or other delays

You will be able to cancel conference registration from the Organizing Committee and refund your registration fees. Here as follows
- Registrations that cancelled 30 days before the conference are eligible to a refund of 75% of the registration fee.
- Registrations that cancelled less than 30 but more than 20 days before the conference will be eligible to a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
- Cancellations that are less than 15 days before the conference date will not be eligible to any refund.
